Antivirus Scan

(Installation of Anti-Virus Software and full system scan is recommended with our Tune-Up). Unlike McAfee and Norton products that only scan your computer 3-4 times a week, we recommend Avast Anti-virus 5.0 software, since it scans your computer seven days a week, leaving you less vulnerable to attack. [Expect this to take an hour]. Another excellent program is AVG Anti-Virus 9.0 software. [Expect this to take 30-60 minutes].

Total Make-Over

This is normally a last resort when performing a Tune-Up isn't enough to optimize your computer. In this process, your old files will be saved onto CD/DVD and/or external hard drive; your hard drive will be re-formatted,and the operating system will be re-installed as a fresh copy. After this, your computer should act like it did the day you purchased it!! *Price includes installation of your original Windows XP,Vista, or Windows 7 operating system. Additional installation of your other software is an extra charge.[Expect this to take 4-5 hours].
